This notice explains how Absolutely Complete Property Services LLC (ACPS) uses information collected through this website.

Information you share

When you request a quote, we receive your name, email address, property address, selected service, project description and phone number if you provide it. We use this information to respond, discuss the work and keep records of your inquiry. Please do not include financial details or other sensitive personal information.

Website services

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry notifications are processed by Telnyx and sent to ACPS by email. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Ordinary hosting and security logs may include technical information such as an IP address, browser and request time.

Website measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as quote requests, phone clicks and email clicks. Vercel measurement does not use advertising cookies, and query strings are removed from its page-view data. We also use Google Tag Manager to load website measurement tags. Google tags may collect page and interaction information and use cookies or similar identifiers, depending on the tags enabled. Our custom measurement events do not include your form answers, name, email address, phone number, property address or message.

Sharing and care of information

We use service providers to host the website and handle communications. Inquiry details are used for business communications and recordkeeping. We do not sell information submitted through the quote form or use a quote request to subscribe you to marketing emails.
